Screen settings

To access the more screen settings click on one of the symbols to the right of your screens.

• General settings (Cog icon)
• Publish content (Screen icon)
• Preview (Eye icon)
• Delete screen (Bin icon)

Show screen's status overview.

1. Screen preview - see what content is currently played on the chosen screen.
2. Name of the file currently being played. Click on it to open the Media library.
3. Click on the “Change Content” button to open the editing menu. This is the same menu that can be accessed using the “Publish Content” button (more details below).
4. From here you can change the name of the screen, set its rotation and change or create its device group.

You can choose names and color for your Device groups and you can edit or delete them at any time.

5. View screen’s status: online or offline.

6. Additional settings that provide you more insight into the screen’s status.

Allows you to view your Media library:

1. Upload content from your device.
2. Click on corresponding buttons to filter available content by: Latest, Playlists, Media, Scenes or Apps.
3. Content Library: view all available content in this menu. Click on the empty dots near the Media file that you want to add to the screen.
4. Click on the ‘Cross” icon to exit the Content library.
5. Search Content by typing it’s name.
6. Click on the “Publish” button to publish chosen content.

Allows you to see what the Screen currently shows.
Click on ‘Change time” button to open the calendar to view Media that was published or will be published during that day and/or time.

Click on “Prev” or “Next” to switch between months. Click on the desired day on the calendar and choose date and time below it to see content for that date and time.

Click here to delete the chosen screen.
After 3 seconds confirm your choice and click "Delete" again or “Cancel” if you wish to keep it.
