Supported Upload File Formats

ScreenManager supports the following image formats:

• PNG (.png)
• GIF (.gif) — animated GIFs are supported
• JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
• WebP (.webp) — animated WebP files are supported
• SVG (.svg)
• HEIC (.heic)

Notes

• For best visual quality on signage, prefer PNG (graphics, transparency) or JPEG (photos).
• Animated formats (GIF, animated WebP) will play as animations on supported players.

ScreenManager accepts any common video format.

If you experience an upload or playback issue with a specific file, contact support and include:

• the original video file
• codec details (if available)
• the player/device type (e.g., Windows, Android, Tizen)

• PDF (.pdf)
  • Multi-page PDFs are displayed as a slide sequence (each page = one slide).

Notes

• Use PDF when you want consistent formatting across devices.
• Large PDFs or very high-resolution pages may take longer to upload and render.
