What is Media?

Media includes anything you can show on screens — images, videos, and PDF presentations. These assets can be played directly on a screen or added into playlists/scenes for scheduled playback.

1. Media can be uploaded from a user's computer using the “Upload media” button.
2. You can also create folders for better classification of your content. New folders will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. You can share and delete media by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
   By clicking on the three dots menu near the image you can also manage Play source & Media optimization, set Play quotas and download the media file.
4. Click on "Publish" button near the media file to add it to selected screens. You can also choose to schedule the publishing to show the media on a specific date later.

5. Your Cloud storage limit is displayed at the top of the screen and is defined by your chosen pricing plan.
