What is Media?

Media includes anything you can show on screens — images, videos, and PDF presentations. These assets can be played directly on a screen or added into playlists/scenes for scheduled playback.

1 On the main page you can find a list of all previously uploaded Media files - your Media library.

2 Click Upload media to add a new Media file to the library from your device.

3 Use the search bar to look for specific media files.

4 You can create folders for better classification of your media. Click Create Folder and give your folder a name. You can find already created folders above the Media library.

You can drag Media and Folders to move them into other folders.

To rename a folder click on it's name, type a new one and click Save.

5 You can share and delete media and folders by clicking on the corresponding buttons. To share Media files, click on the lock icon next to them.
By clicking on the three dots menu near a Media you can also manage Play source & Media optimization, set Play quotas and download the media file, and edit its Tags.

6 Click on Publish button near a media file to add it to selected screens by adding a tick1 next to them. Or click on the tag to publish the chosen media to all screens tagged with this tag.

You can also choose to schedule the publishing to show the media on a specific date later3. Specify the date using the calendar or by typing it in.
