Media optimization and settings.

Click on 3 dots next to the media file to access advanced media settings.

Play source settings

All content you upload gets automatically optimized for the best possible display on your screens. If you would like to disable this optimization and play the original multimedia file, you can do so via clicking on the three dots menu near the image and click on Play settings and then set the Play Source to Original.
All Media that was set to Original will display an icon near for easy identification.

Original badge

To re-enable the optimization set Play Source back to Converted.

Click on Save to save progress.

  • This setting applies everywhere where the file is used.
  • Playing of 8k videos is limited to enterprise accounts only.

Play Quotas

This limits how many times content is played across all spaces where it is shared, in all playlists and scenes. Note that using this feature inside of a scene has no effect.

Click on the Download button to save the media file on your device.

Edit tags

Adding media tags
  1. Go to the Select one or more files (use the checkboxes for several at once)1.
  2. Click Add tags2 or on the three dots near the selected Media file and choose Edit tags3.
  3. Pick the tag(s) you want to apply and confirm4.
