What is My Organization?
My Organization allows you to manage Accounts, Users, their permissions and access levels, create and manage Spaces, manage security settings, set up notifications and alerts and more.
Check the below sections to learn more about each feature that is accessible via My Organization.

Basic information
You can change the name of your organization, its location and default language to be used in this section.

- The unique identification number of your organization. It may be requested by our support team for troubleshooting.
- The organization overview dashboard shows the number of active users, spaces and screens in your organization, the amount of used memory in your storage, and also thresholds defined by your pricing plan.
- Click here to change the name of your organization and then “Save” to save changes.
- Choose a country from the list to specify where your organization or business is based.
- Select the default language to be displayed on your screens.
Note: Depending on the language you select, date and number formats on your connected screens will differ.
Example: Date format in Canada will be Tuesday, 2025-12-16 and Ireland - Tuesday, 16/12/2025
